1. Information you choose to provide
When you complete a contact, Blueprint, newsletter, or donation-interest form, we collect the information you submit. This may include your name, email address, business name, requested program area, giving preference, and message. The donation-interest form does not collect payment or bank-card information. Please do not submit sensitive personal, financial, tax, health, or government-identification information through these forms.
2. How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to a support or giving request, provide a requested resource, send program or resource updates when requested, understand program interest, and improve our nonprofit operations. Submitting a form does not guarantee participation, funding, services, or a particular outcome.
3. Storage and service providers
Information you submit through this website is processed by our website hosting provider and passed to a workflow-automation service that delivers it to the BizBuilder4U program inbox and sends you a confirmation email. If you request the Small Business Growth Blueprint or program updates, we use your name and email address to send what you asked for; you can unsubscribe at any time. To protect our forms from spam and abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical information about your browser and device to confirm that a person is submitting the form. These providers act on our behalf and handle your information only to deliver these services. Our hosting provider may keep limited technical logs, which can include submitted details, for a short period for security and troubleshooting. Only authorized personnel of True Builder of Future Community review submissions, and only to respond to inquiries and administer programs. We do not sell or rent personal information.
4. Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses a few small items stored in your browser so features work: a setting that remembers you have read the site disclaimer, your first name for the Blueprint thank-you page (cleared when you close the tab), and, only if you choose a language other than English, a "googtrans" cookie that tells Google Translate which language to show. Choosing a translation sends the page text to Google to be translated, under Google’s own privacy terms. When you use a form, Cloudflare Turnstile may set or read technical data to check for automated abuse. You can clear these items at any time in your browser settings.
5. Do Not Track signals
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because this website does not track visitors across other websites over time or allow third parties to do so for advertising, it does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals.
6. Retention and security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect submitted information. No online system is completely secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purposes, nonprofit operations, legal obligations, and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
7. Children’s privacy
This website and its programs are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
8. Your choices
You may request to update or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements. You may opt out of program and resource emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email or by emailing us. To make a request about your information, contact us at the address below; we will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Policy changes
We may update this policy as our programs, website, and data practices change. The current version and date will be posted on this page.
